Each programme begins where others stop - at the root cause. Not symptom management, not generic exercises. A clear plan built around what's actually going on in your body.

Build, optimise, and build resilience to injury.
Find out more →A complete, self-paced system - not just a video library. Every stage builds on the last, so your feet don't just feel better, they perform better. If you're dealing with plantar fasciitis, shin splints, achilles pain, or knee, hip or lower back pain that seems to come from nowhere - it often starts at the feet.
Not sure this is for you? It's not a quick fix, and it's not a substitute for clinical care if you've got an acute injury - message me first and we'll figure out the right starting point.
Assess - week 1 - film your own assessment and learn to read your body, seeing exactly how your feet are creating knock-on issues in your knees, hips and back.
Release - week 2 - use your fascial release tool on the foot and lower leg to break up restriction at the source.
Mobilise - week 3 - hands-on techniques to get stuck joints and tissue moving again.
Stabilise - week 4 - build the control to hold your new range under load.
Strengthen - week 5 - turn that range into real, useable strength.
Create power - week 5 - train your foot and leg to produce force, not just absorb it.
Integrate - week 6 - wire it all into full-body movement, so it holds up under everything you do.
Roughly 10-15 minutes a day.
Built by Meg Jones, trained in Applied Functional Science and Advanced Functional Biomechanics at the Gray Institute, and fascial systems at St Mary's University.
How long does this take?
Roughly 6 weeks to work through the main programme, about 10-15 minutes a day. After that, it's 3-5 minutes a day, for life.
I've already tried physio, insoles, stretching - why would this be different?
Most of that treats where it hurts. This works on why it's happening - starting with your own filmed assessment so you can see the compensation pattern for yourself, then hands-on release and rebuilding from the ground up.
Can foot pain really cause knee, hip or back pain?
Yes. Your feet are the base of every movement you make - when they're not working properly, your body compensates further up the chain, which is often where knee, hip and lower back pain actually comes from.
Will this help with plantar fasciitis, shin splints or achilles pain?
This course addresses the underlying mobility, strength and movement patterns that contribute to these conditions. If you're dealing with an acute flare-up, message me first so we can check it's the right starting point for you.
Do I need to be "into fitness" to do this?
No. It's built for complete beginners to mobility work just as much as runners and athletes.
Do I need any equipment?
No - your fascial release tool and wax are sent to your door as part of the course. Everything else is bodyweight and hands-on work.
Can I do this on my phone?
Yes - everything's hosted on Kajabi, so you can follow along on your phone, tablet or laptop.
What if I have an existing injury, or I'm pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a condition like arthritis?
Message me on WhatsApp first and we'll figure out whether this is the right starting point for you.
Where do you ship the tool and wax, and how long does delivery take?
UK only, usually arriving within 3-5 working days of purchase.
Is this a one-time payment, and do I keep access forever?
Yes - it's a single one-time payment (or £195 in your first month with code INTRODUCTORYOFFER), with lifetime access to the course.
Use code INTRODUCTORYOFFER at checkout for £195 in your first month.

This programme is for people who've been managing pain, not solving it. Managing means adjusting your life around the symptom - avoiding what hurts, treating the flare-ups. Solving means finding out why it's there in the first place.
We start by looking at the whole picture: your history, your movement patterns, the restrictions that have accumulated over time. Then we work on the actual source - not just where it hurts, but why it got there. Pain that's been present for years rarely lives where it presents.

An injury changes more than just the injured structure. The body compensates - shifting load, altering movement, restricting range of motion to protect the area. Those compensations can outlast the original injury by years, quietly building into problems of their own.
This programme addresses both: the injury itself, and everything the body changed around it. You don't just come back - you come back understanding exactly what happened, why it won't happen again, and what your body has been doing in the meantime.

Most performance work starts from where you are and tries to build from there. This programme starts from a different question: what's limiting you that you don't yet know about?
Fascial restrictions from an old injury. Compensatory patterns so habitual the body no longer registers them as restrictions. These are the things that cap performance below your actual potential - and the things most training simply works around. We find them, and we remove them.
